The present regulation translates the concerns of the community about building energy demands in the new buidings and also in building rehabilitation and refurbishments.
More than an answer to a legal demand, the Building Energy Certification is an opportunity to check, review and improve the constructions in what respects to their thermal behavior, confort and energy consumptions.
Is with this point of view of great benefit of this instrument, that we made Energy Certificates of buildings and fractions:
- New, existent buidings with great interventions or existent (for sale effects or renting)
- Housing buildings or apartments, and small shops buildings and services.

The studies and projects of thermal performance of the constructions, more than a legal demand, are a crucial opportunity to benefit the thermal comfort of the constructions, to safeguard them of future constructive pathologies and for improve the energy (climatization and sanitary hot waters) economy.
