1. IN PRELIMINARY PHASE:
> At the beginning of your project, advising in the selection of real estate or investment places.
> In the pre-identification of legal and urbanistic constraints over buildings and properties.
2. DURING DEVELOPMENT:
> Conducting architectural studies of the intervention in your building to determine the best solution.
> Developing architectural and the necessary engineering projects, to follow up on your investment.
> Managing and coordinating for you, the intervention of the various planners, technicians, and the various procedures, throughout the project.
> Defining the basic conditions for consulting contractors and analyzing their price-quotations.
> Following up the construction works from a technical point of view, provinding answers to questions that can occur on this phase.
3. IN THE FINAL PHASE:
> Assisting you in the processes of obtaining certificates, licenses and necessary supplies.

MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION: Paulo Grade Iria, Architect
Degree in Architecture, by the Architecture School of the Technical University of Lisbon (2005) and attended in 2004 the Architecture Schooll of Barcelona University. In 2009, held the course of Advanced studies in bioclimatic architecture, by Lisbon Architecture School.
Worked in offices such as Arquitraço, Pedro Mariguesa, Vão architects and Conceito architects, in the latter like project coordinater. Since 2007, it has developed practice for its own account, several collaborations, and in 2010-2012 integrated the COA Atelier project, together with the other founders.
